Tom is currently learning documentary film making, enjoys slow travel, meeting new people and discovering luminous ways of living. He aims to use his skills and experience as a force of good, documenting the progress as well as other adventures on the Sacred Spokes YouTube channel and socials. His current project, 'The Gallery Wine & Tapas Bar' ranks #3 out of 70 restaurants in Westport and has a highly respectable 4.8 ranking on Google. It is proudly Ireland's first 'natural wine' bar - a haven of peace and a message in itself. Discover it nestled along a little laneway in Westport, Co Mayo, situated along Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way.
